Warren S. Stewart III

Warren leads efforts in identifying, developing and servicing investment partner relationships in the western United States.

Before joining Hatteras Investment Partners, Warren held various sales and business leadership positions, primarily in the LED industry. Warren served as Vice President, Sales for Cree, Inc. (NASDAQ:CREE), in which he led a global team supporting Cree’s Optoelectronics product line. As President & CEO of Nitek, Inc., a pioneer in Deep UV LED technology, Warren drove a successful transition to commercial production capability before affecting a shareholder-driven merger transaction into competitive partner, Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc. (SETi). Warren is a veteran of the United States Navy, serving as Officer of the Deck onboard USS Midway (CV41) on numerous Western Pacific and Indian Ocean deployments.

Warren received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the US Naval Academy and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Marketing from the International University of Japan. Warren holds Series 7 & Series 66 investment registrations.
