Luke Ritsema serves as a Portfolio Management Senior Associate and a key member of the Portfolio Management Team. In this role, Luke conducts manager research, fund operation tasks and management of investment portfolios.

Luke first joined Hatteras as an intern for the Portfolio Management Team. Following his college graduation, Luke joined the Hatteras team as a Portfolio Management Associate.

Luke graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
