Brittney L. Chick-Reny

Brittney Chick-Reny is responsible for cultivating the Firm’s business initiatives, strategy and goals as the Director of Operations. In this role, Brittney manages the Firm’s technology, systems, processes and personnel.

Prior to this role, Brittney joined the Hatteras team as an Operations Associate assisting the sales, investment and senior leadership teams. Prior to joining Hatteras, Brittney served as a Licensed Relationship Manager at KeyBank where she identified and resolved client needs, guiding them towards financial wellness. She also served as the Development and Community Engagement Director for the YMCA, where she led the organization’s annual campaign and fundraising efforts.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Maine.

Brittney is an avid hiker and her all-time favorite hike was up and inside an inactive volcano in Costa Rica.
